Madhav Sheth CEO of Realme has told that they will be soon launching the world’s first smartphone with a 64 megapixel camera. On 2nd August the company had officially announced that they are unveiling the technology behind the 64 megapixel camera on 8 August in New Delhi.

We saw an image that was shared by Redmi on Weibo CLICK HERE ( to see that image ) and it was clicked using a 64 megapixel camera. But it seems that Realme is launching this technology first and taking the crown of the “first smartphone with 64 MP camera” too and leave Redmi behind in the race.

Altho Realme is still a new to the smartphone market but it is doing its best stay as much active as it can. Recently the company is launching flagship smartphone that has pop-up selfie camera. Realme X will cost just Rs 16990 in India. Even after being new to the mobile phone market, Realme is doing good.

Currently, all we know that Samsung has developed a 64 MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 image sensor. This new sensor will have highest resolution in Samsung 0.8μm-pixel image sensor lineup and also clames to be “industry’s highest resolution” lens.
